Entry Fee
Entries will go live at 0800 Friday 1st September 2023.
We will be offering an Early Bird entry fee which will be active until 2359 on Saturday 30th Sept 2023. After this time the Standard entry fee will apply.
You will have the option to include a t-shirt and finisher’s medal at the point of entry (medal is included in Junior Storm entry cost).
If you are a legend you have the option to include a t-shirt that reflects how many races you will have completed as a legend.

Minimum Age
Competitors for the Full Course must be 16 years old on the date of the event.
Competitors for the Short Course must be 16 years old on the date of the event.
Competitors for the Junior Storm must be 15 years or under on the date of the event.

Full Course: 10km run – 33km bike – 5km run
Short Course: 5km run – 22km bike – 2.5km run
Junior Storm: 800m
Start Times
0800 and 1100
The start time for the Full Course and Short Course races will be 0800, with your official recorded time beginning once you cross the chip timer at the start. The Junior Storm race will start at 1100.
Parking Available at HQ
There is parking available at the race HQ, that will be managed by members of Ludlow Rugby Club. Parking and use of the rugby club facilities is included in the ticket price, so you will NOT need to pay an additional parking fee on the day.
**Exiting the car park at Ludlow Rugby Club post race will be prohibited until the final athletes have completed the course. This is to ensure athlete safety on the run course**
Prize Categories
There will be prizes for age groups and more details will be provided in the Athlete Guide closer to the race date.
Results Online
Full race results will be online on the evening of the race day.
