For the first time in its 12 year history, the entire event, including race HQ, start, transition, race finish and event village will be in the magnificent grounds of Ludlow Castle, Castle Square, Ludlow, Shropshire SY8 1AY

Entry Fee

Entries will go live at 0800 Monday 1st September 2025.

We will be offering an Early Bird entry fee which will be active until 2359 on Tuesday 30th September 2025. After this time, the Standard entry fee will apply.

You will have the option to include a T-shirt at the point of entry (a medal is included as part of the entry fee).

Race Pass

To participate in this event, you are required to become a member of British Triathlon and hold a race licence. Minimum Age

Competitors for the Full Course must be 16 years old on the date of the event.
Competitors for the Sprint Course must be 16 years old on the date of the event.
Competitors for the Junior Storm must be 14 years or under on the date of the event.

Distances

Full Course: 10km run – 33km bike – 5km run
Sprint Course: 5km run – 22km bike – 2.5km run
Junior Storm: 800m

Start Times

0800 and 1200
The start time for the Full Course and Sprint Course races will be 0800, with your official recorded time beginning once you cross the timing mat at the start at Ludlow Rugby Club.

The Junior Storm race will start at 1200 at Ludlow Castle.

Parking Available in Ludlow

There is parking available at Castle Street car park which is half price on a Sunday (£0.60 per hour between 0800-2000). The charge does not begin until 0800, so, for example, if you arrive at 0600 and pay for four hours (£2.40) it will actually last for 6 hours until 1200. This car park is a 2 minute walk from Ludlow castle.

There is additional free parking on a Sunday at Upper Galderford car park,  Lower Galdeford car park, and Smithfield car park which are between a 10 and 15 minute walk to the castle.

There will be prizes for age groups and more details will be provided in the Athlete Guide closer to the race date.

Results Online

Full race results will be online on the evening of the race day.
