To help ensure that all athletes taking on this challenge will be in the best possible shape to have a successful race, we have two FREE 15 week training plans available for download. Devised by professional coaches, the plans are entitled ‘COMPETE’ and ‘COMPLETE’.
The ‘COMPLETE’ plan is aimed at athletes primarily aiming to complete the race distance. The ‘COMPETE’ plan is designed for those people who are already confident of being able to complete the distance and wish to challenge themselves. Both plans will be included in one downloadable PDF file.
Both plans can be started early January and will lead right up to race day. Our professional coaches have trained on the race course and so the plan will be specific to Storm The Castle.
